Quilting 101 (5 sessions)

 In this class you will make a quilt from start to finish. You will learn how to cut your fabric, sew  accurate 1/4" seams, build your blocks, join them together, make a sandwich with batting and backing. Using your walking foot or IDT/IDF system you will quilt and bind leaving here with a finished quilt.

In order to complete your quilt you will need to attend all 5 sessions.

Each class will be from 10:30-3:00pm with a half hour out of store lunch break. 

Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Beginner to Advanced sewer
Requirements: Fabrics for the quilt, batting, backing, thread, sewing machine in working order. Once you have booked your place in this class, Nancy will have you come in so she can help you audition your fabrics. If you need to use one of our machines please let us know when you book your space.
